dapat mengatasi beberapa masalah klasik, seperti: pengecekan rutin salinitas air garam, korosi, bercampurnya
air garam ke dalam es batu yang menimbulkan rasa asin, perlu tempat yang besar dan crane untuk panen.
Teknologi baru ini memberdayakan langsung evaporator sebagai tankinya, menggunakan Motor Lifter untuk
menurunkan dasar evaporator untuk proses panen es balok.
